If you are new to our community, welcome! We work actively to keep Chelsea Woods safe, secure and beautiful for our residents and their families, and to promote the community's interests by close attention to city and county commission actions that affect us. We're also concerned with maintaining the value of the substantial investment each of us has made in our home here.
We're also providing this guide to our current residents for two reasons: (1) as a convenient ready reference for local services, and (2) to solicit input and recommendations to make subsequent updates to this publication even more valuable to both new and established members of our community. Welcoming new members to Chelsea Woods is everyone's neighborly responsibility. We want to retain our reputation as a friendly, hospitable neighborhood, and need everyone's cooperation to do that.
The structure of this guide is designed to make it flexible and expandable to meet our homeowners' needs, to update information periodically, and to include newer and more comprehensive data as it becomes available.
