      Chelsea Woods of Tuscawilla is a collection of 290 single family executive homes located in eastern Tuscawilla, a 3,500 acre country club community in Winter Springs, Florida.
      Our custom-built homes are distinctive in appearance because of the variety of custom homebuilders that contributed to its development. The large, heavily treed home sites, with a minimum of 15,000 S.F., provide more than enough 'elbow room' for any size family. Our main street, Seneca Boulevard, stretches 1.3 miles from Winter Springs Boulevard at the southern point which connects to State Route 426 (Aloma Avenue), to Vistawilla Drive at the north, which connects to State Route 434.
      Chelsea Woods is part of the larger Tuscawilla PUD or Planned Unit Development, a group of more than twenty neighborhoods originally envisioned in the mid 1970s, which has been developing since then. About 3800 homes exist in Tuscawilla at this time, with more being built, although most available space has already been built upon.
